TY Virtual Assistant provides off-site administrative and support services using email, phone, fax, postal service and couriers. 

Having over 20 years experience in the electronics and computer industries has given this company the unique perspective on watching and using changing technology.

Tracey started as a component level electronic technician, moved to being the Service Administrator then to Managing an International Service Centre.  She took the service department from being a sales support function to a revenue generating profit centre.  Tracey has had the unique experience of teaching aircraft maintenance and avionics students at Centennial College A.A.T. for two years.  To change with the times she went back to school and took the Network Specialist Course at triOS College of Information Technology.  Graduated second on the Dean’s list with Honours earning her MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), Net+ and A+.

She continues to learn new software to stay abreast of current technology.
